"Is joining APLs worth it? I have a lot of hesitation about joining APLs during the year 2019, and I believe that your concerns are not too different from mine. However, I can say this summit is the most AIESEC thing I have ever done with the global network interaction within the conference period, amazing sessions about leadership and self development from AI and regional team. I get to learn a lot more than I even expected by the meaningful conversation that I have had with leaders from Asia Pacific and AI team about leaderships, leading our own team through different context, and especially taking their good case practices to apply to my life and AIESEC journey. A lot of my doubts and worry my next journey was clear by meaningful and practical sessions about LCP role and leading our organization to align with AIESEC goals and vision."
